地段👌本地四星酒店，像國內的三星。 早上早餐選擇不算多也不少 設施 馬桶吸力不太行，隔段時間抽水才能下去… 隔音不好，一直聽到馬達轉動的聲音… 衞生 乾淨 環境 經濟舒適，不過還不如國內舒適型酒店全季，太老了。 服務 服務態度蠻好的

泗水商業區裡不錯的酒店位置非常贊，出門就是sogo百貨，性價比高，早餐還算可以，周圍很多撈街區，值得慢慢逛

整體很乾凈，性價比也很高 旁邊就是商場 早上有早餐，一般但比沒有好 行李還會有人幫忙送上頭，服務沒得説 是一家老牌的酒店了，臨時定的但沒失望，推薦

Hi hotel management I like to thank you for good hospitality good service ,staffs friendly and responsive fast attended to room service. From reception ,restaurant room service and maintenance dept . Door men and security staff all showing friendly Only problem during my stay 4 night it sound from motobike scramble noisy continuously heard till all night till early morning at the hotel front side facing middle circle main road with traffic light And room facing back also have sound problem.this music sound beat constantly all night long start 11 onward ill till morning 4.30 am .until you can hear it and follow the music all night till morning .frankly honestly during our stay we cannot sleep well because disturbing by the sound problem. The hotel not fault only the surroundings noise make it a barely at night during sleeping. My suggestion the owner this hotel need take drastically measures to upgrade the all windows to fixed panel glass sound proof .I pity to staffs always try apologies for inconvenience when we tell them the problem matter i know they cannot solve the problem beyond they control. Only the owner hotel need try sleep at hotel both side room front and back and see your self I hope the the best in future some changes and,put effort solving the sound problems .the hotel everything are good except the sound problem surrounding.

到泗水探朋友及旅遊，朋友介紹入住此酒店，原先只因地點優越，附近有很多大型商場，交通又方便，價錢又便宜。 住後體驗極佳！超級抵讚！性價比又高！ 酒店有些歷史，應該經過翻新，一點也不覺得舊，設備齊全。最好的地方就是服務員服務周到。 夜機到達，服務員熱心介紹宵夜地點。 次日離開酒店參加幾天的旅行團，酒店提供免費存放行李服務，旅行團完結，再回到酒店，同是晚上，一踏進酒店，服務員已殷勤接待，前台服務員已check-in妥當，無需再花時間。 驚喜的是酒店前停車場正舉辦晚間夜市，立時可填飽肚子，食物種類更是豐富，竟然還有駐場歌手即時演唱，很有氣氛！ 最值得讚賞，就是餐廳經理Linda ，夜市已沒有位置可坐下進食，她特意為我們安排在餐廳露天位置進食，非常周到！ 強烈推薦！

房間比較乾淨，靠近市中心，就是樓下戶外吧枱和酒店隔音差些

Location was perfect, walking distance to the famous Tunjungan Plaza shopping mall as well. Staffs were very friendly, polite, and attentive. Kudos for them. Building was indeed a bit old and outdated, however it gives a nostalgic feeling of the past and actually I like it. I just wish that the aircon could be slightly colder (I like cold, maybe for others it's good enough for them, ymmv). Breakfast was decent, with different buffet menu every day. Overall it was a solid stay! Thank you.

酒店歷史比較悠久，設施較陳舊了；不知道是不是因為我買的特惠房，房號帶4，這也無所謂，關鍵外面有個可能是寺或教堂，可能也恰好是佛教節日，晚上放著頻率各種變換的“快速”敲擊音樂（咚咚那種），基本上我注意到可能晚上11點直到第二天5點，好在我比較累，睡的比較沉，衹是4點被吵醒了，一個小時沒睡著，5點音樂居然沒放了…後補了2小時覺；另外中間嘗試關窗戶，但始終沒關好，晚上也看不清，第二天起來，發現窗戶還是可以關的，衹是可能卡住了，要用點力（晚上看不清，不敢用力…）；奇特的經歷…
